WATCH: The Art Institute Of Charleston & Charleston Fashion Week Press Conference

The countdown has begun with less then four months left before Charleston Fashion Week takes over the city!  Several weeks ago The Art Institute of Charleston  set up a press conference at Hampden Clothing to announce their role as Title Sponsor! Mayor Joe Riley was in attendance giving his blessing and making great commentary on the emergence of fashion and design in this city. Also joining the line up was editor-in-chief of Charleston Magazine, Darcy Shankland, Stacy Smallwood, owner of Hampden, Rick Jerue, president of The Art Institute of Charleston and yours truly. With  CFW entering it's fifth year, the new additions, runway presentations,  special guests and surprises are piling up for what is already being called the biggest year to date!
