The Vintage Event Takes Over Cocktail Club & Shopping With Friends Kicks Off!

It's that time of year again! Everyone is making their lists and checking it twice. This Saturday, December 3rd,  you can shop guilt free at over 100 local and national "Red Ribbon" retailers during the eighth annual fundraiser, Shopping  With Friends! To kick off this purchasing fiesta, Gwynn's of Mount Pleasant will host a Shopping With Friends Kick-Off Party on Friday, December 2nd, from 6 to 8 pm serving La Bubbly and decadent desserts while guest will have the opportunity to have their photo taken in the old-time Palmetto Photo Booth and get advice at Dr. McHumor Me's "Questionable" Advice Stand. To top things off, each guest will receive $30 in fashion bucks that can be applied to any purchase! Ah... Fashion Bucks sound sweet to my ears! Saturday morning start your shopping day at the Shopping With Friends Brunch hosted by Belk, Charleston Magazine and Lowcountry AIDS Services. From 10 to noon at The Riviera Theatre at Charleston Place you can enjoy a full southern brunch while enjoying the debut of the Red Ribbon Spirit Awards. Tickets are $45 dollars and can be purchased online at www.aids-services.com.
