Style Swap Returns To Charleston!
Troubadour Shirt Dress and Swap Item
Guess who's coming back? Yes, Style Swap Charleston with another round of budget friendly shopping, games and wardrobe switching with some of our favorite local style mavens! This means total motivation to do some spring closet cleaning and on Tuesday, April 12th at the Renaissance Hotel from 7 to 9 pm, I will be ready to swap. Here's how it works: bring 1 gently worn fashionable (designer + vintage) item on a hanger and 1 accessory in order to play. Be one of the first 50 women to purchase tickets online to receive VIP Swapping Status which means you get to hit racks 10 minutes before everyone else. Make sure you check for "Ayoka's Picks" to see my selects of key items for the season! That's not all! There will be eats and treats from the yummy Sugar Bake Shop, mini makeovers with Laura Mercier, with additional sponsored "swap" outfits from local boutiques and designers! Did I mention the pop-up shops? The best part is that it benefits Women Making A Difference, a local group that supports women in need! In fact, this time around they will debut the "Best of the Swap" style-off contest featuring Fashion Writer Karen Briggs, Vent Magazine Editor Cyle Suesz and Designer Chelsie Ravenell and the best looks will be raffled off for Women Making a Difference. Whew, lot of style in one night! Now, start cleaning those closets!
