SPOLETO STYLE WATCH: Spoleto Scene Hosts 13 Most Beautiful White Party



On Saturday, delicious cocktails and canapés, along with the week’s events were among the conversations at this year’s Spoleto Scene White Party held in the Harbor at the Seabreeze Hotel and Dock. This fête was in honor of the film 13 Most Beautiful…Songs for Andy Warhol’s Screen Tests, a feature at this year’s Spoleto Festival. Cool weather and calm water added to the nights ambience. Guests donned in white were greeted with tequila-spiked Charleston Ice & Freshberry treats. Party goers danced to the DJ’s eclectic mix of everything from jazz to the ‘80s, took booze cruises on the Water Taxi, and mingled with some of the city’s most notable young socialites.  Hors d’oeuvres included mini pimiento cheese sandwiches, surprisingly tasty “tomato water” shooters, and chicken salad bites and the libations were provided by EG Vodka, featuring the big hit of the night, a cucumber-infused vodka & club soda. Outfits ranged from crisp, linen suits to airy sundresses, all dressed in white, of course, with pops of color in bow ties, accessories and shoes.
