Rapport Opens On King Street With Special Guest Carmen Marc Valvo!

This past Monday I attended the Grand Opening celebration for Rapport, a women's boutique that features high end labels, accessories and the largest fur collection I have seen in Charleston! It was almost like a Saks reunion as many of the big players in this venture were former employees. One of my favorite high points of the evening was seeing mega designer Carmen Marc Valvo who was in store sharing his fur collection. This was my second encounter with the designer who also was featured at Charleston Fashion Week during Catwalk For Kids and I must say I have never met a more charming man! With an instant hug and double kiss he sweetly asked me how the planning was going for Charleston Fashion Week followed by quick words of advice on entering the fashion industry to my style intern. What an incredible moment!
