Novel has graduated from the days of being a temporary pop-up shop to now occupying a little boutique on King Street. Wall-to-wall style mavens gathered for the Grand Opening celebration last Thursday and welcomed Library: Archives of Fashion, Balboa/Jane Pope Jewelry and Blue Chickadee, the three parts of Novel, to the block! The first face I spotted was a happy Jane Pope who mentioned to me how thrilled she she was to have a solid location. By the size of the crowd and merchandise being sold I think many shared that same appreciation. My own excitement grew as I toured the shop taking in the beautiful sights of vintage, one-of-a-kind jewelry finds and the most adorable baby onesies all with clever presentation. As a fan of Novel's past pop-ups, I'm so excited to see it all come together. Thanks for giving Charleston another great reason to shop local!
