Everyone is feeling the heat and that means the summer trends are in full swing. Ladies, you know we all love a new season because it gives us the opportunity to style up the latest fashions. Still, we LOVE the boys, so I thought I would give them an opportunity to chime in on the dos and don’ts of some of our leading summer trends.

TRIBAL PRINT WEDGES:
"If you are wearing these, you better be going to a theme party. They might have surpassed Uggs as the ugliest shoe i've ever seen." — Jonah
"I feel like this is another bad hipster trend comparable to the lumberjack hipster sporting head-to-toe Carhartt while cruising the streets of Williamsburg or the yachting hipster replete with boat shoes though they have never actually been on a boat." — Brad
"Any wedge shoe is always a plus on a woman! If worn the correct way, it really makes the legs POP! However, this print takes me back to the '70s—like this shoe should be on my aunt's '70s shag rug." — Jay
Derek Lam Resort 2011, Jill Stuart Spring 2011, Chloe Sevigny
"YES PLEASE!! Warning: these are for a special type of girl, aka muffin-top free. You don't want to look like that lady at the fair with three kids in tow and a fourth on the way who for some unknown reason is wearing daisy dukes and a midriff shirt. You know what I mean!" — Brad
"Cropped tops I like, but PLEASE no big bellies or tramp stamps. Also, you may want to make sure it's the right size cropped top, because if you bend over you may have some 'you know whats' popping out. Not complaining—just saying." — Jay
"Proceed with caution. If you can pinch an inch don't bother. However, on the right woman, this is a very sexy look. Toned abs are always in season." — Jonah
Rebecca Minkoff Ellie Romper
"To me, rompers are a fun and flirty outfit. Ya know if a woman is hanging out with the girls or with her man for a nice casual dinner, that’s the outfit that says, 'it’s the weekend and I'm gonna look good and enjoy it!' — Jay
"Women named ‘Alice the Camel’ should not wear this. Other women should make up their minds: Are you wearing a dress, shorts, or a little child's outfit? Figure it out then get back to me." — Jonah
"I'm torn on these. There is a cute factor for the ladies that sport these, yet at the same time, I find they lack flair and dimension since it is usually a single print for the whole get up. If dressed up right, they can be super cool, but if not properly sported, it looks like a four-year-old's outfit." — Brad
