The past few months have been a pinnacle time in the Charleston fashion world. In addition to the numerous events packed with style we have also seen our local fashion community in a national spotlight!

Here is the latest local fashion buzz!

Hampden Clothing was named one of the country's top "American Haute Spots" for retail in this month's issue of Marie Claire! They were the only Charleston store to make the list! This accolade is the most recent addition to a long list of national press for this local boutique!

In addition to being featured in NYC's Southern Design Collections’ Fashion Secrets of the South trunk show, our very own Mary Porter, now holds her own as a celebrity couture designer. She has designed an exclusive gown for Oscar winner Marcia Gay Harden for an upcoming New York Fashion Week event!

Maria Dobrzanska Reeves

Guess who has been picked up by Anthroplogie? None other than Charleston Fashion Week Emerging Design Southeast Winner, Maria Dobrzanska Reeves' collection, Marysia Swim! She is in LA right now working on production for this order!
