Steve Earle & the Dukes

With nearly four decades of experience in the music industry, Grammy Award-winner Steve Earle is something of a renaissance man. As a songwriter, his work has been recorded by the likes of Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and Vince Gil. As a muscian, Earle released his first solo EP in 1982 and has been touring and recording ever since. His latest album with The Dukes, So You Wannabe An Outlaw, reminds listeners of his Nashville roots and the quintessential country sound that he helped foster. Charleston Music Hall, 37 John St. Thursday, 7:30pm. $55-$35.
