Magnolias has been serving up culinar arts director Don Drake’s “Uptown/Down South Cuisine” since 1990. Kelly Franz joined the team as executive chef, and guests continue to enjoy Lowcountry fine-dining fiare, including crab-stuffed rainbow trout, bourbon-fried flounder over creole grits with andouille sausage, and a Parmesan-crusted market catch.
