Little Chef Big Chef 2018

Celebrated chefs and a group of local kids are teaming up with nonprofit to combat childhood obesity, one healthy (and tasty) meal at a time. Matt Green of Halls Signature Events, Jason Stanhope of FIG, Russ Moore of S.N.O.B., DaVee Harned of Millers All Day, and Jill Mathias of Chez Nous each prepare a course with their miniature sous chefs at this special dinner that does serious good. Throughout the week as part of Louie’s Kids initative, the chefs meet with their partners to coach them on healthy eating habits, how to find the freshest ingredients, and instill in them a lifelong love of cooking. Even better, you can reap the benefits of these culinary crash courses by snagging a seat at this five-course meal.
