John Oates, of ’80s pop/rock duo Hall & Oates, gathered a group of talented artists to help create his newest album, Arkansas. According to Oates, “This is the record I have always wanted to make, with the band to bring it to life. After all these years, I feel I’ve finally been able to capture the sound that’s in my head.” The record takes on a fresh, eclectic tune, created as Oates plays with The Good Road Band, an all-star lineup of Nashville musicians that includes Blake Shelton, Sam Bush, Dolly Parton, The Wallflowers, Florida Georgia Line, Garth Brooks, and others.
