My mother was in town this weekend, so I found myself hoofing it around our charming neighborhoods more than usual. And let me tell you: it’s spooky out there—our historic manses are decked in their ghoulish best right now. It’s definitely worth a drive at dusk to check out all the bone-chilling décor. Bonus? Halloween’s a great reminder that no matter the neighborhood, Charlestonians know how to have fun behind our garden gates.
