If you frequent The Park Café, you surely know that the place makes some of the best salad plates around, including the local head lettuces, which get tucked around beautiful poached shrimp. That was tops until we ordered the roasted cauliflower. You might not consider it a salad in the traditional sense of dressed greens, but the combination of buttery-yet-crisp charred cauliflower, warm toasted hazelnuts, and champagne-mustard vinaigrette spiked with fresh parsley will have you dreaming of a trip to Paris. 730 Rutledge Ave.,
