Guilty Pleasure

What’s not to love about a heaping triple decker of rich duck confit topped with apple-roasted bacon, smoked cheddar, aïoli, tomato, and red onion and piled on sweet Hawaiian bread? Add a side of duck-fried French fries with more aïoli for dipping, and mmmmmm. No, it’s not “good” for you, and you’ll likely need a nap after finishing one, but who cares? That’s what a now-and-then indulgence is all about. If it makes you feel any better, this beast is big enough to share with a pal.
