Eating piles of fried seafood is a rite of summer. And while longtime favorite shacks like Bowens Island, SeeWee, and The Wreck are well-known and loved, a visit to an out-of-the-way, 60-year-old fish market inspired one writer’s tasty travelogue of the Lowcountry’s old-school, off-the-radar fried seafood joints
