My fine art-based clothing line employs many prints created from personal paintings, photos, and sculptures. Inspired by a trip to London (specifically Westminster Abbey), the fall collection is based on medieval armor, courtly dress, and period tapestries, using organic materials such as silk crepe de chine, velvet, wool, and feathers. I have a background in fine art, Oriental medicine, and acupuncture, which allows me to take a holistic approach to the movement of the body, blurring the line between art and fashion yet keeping simple silhouettes with innovative fabric details.
