Join NYC chef Ashton Keefe at the Zero George Street Hotel for a night of cooking in this demonstration class as a part of the hotel’s guest chef series. Keefe will highlight the culinary landscape of Provence with a local seafood and shellfish bouillabaisse, pâte brisée for a seasonal tart and reconstructed niçoise and frisée salad with lardons and poached eggs.
