Event Details

The fifth annual Hot Stove Banquet & Silent Auction hits another home run this year with fine dining, a silent auction, and an exciting speaker. Gaylord Perry, one of baseball’s most beloved legends, was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1991 after playing for The New York Yankees, San Francisco Giants, Atlanta Braves, and many more. Stop by to hear Perry’s tales about his 22 years in the major leagues and get geared up for the upcoming baseball season. The event is an annual collaboration between the Charleston RiverDogs and The Citadel. Proceeds benefit The Citadel Foundation as well as the Medical University of South Carolina’s Storm Eye Institute.
