Each year since 1986, visitors and residents of Beaufort have gathered to celebrate the history, customs, cultures, language, and accomplishments of African Americans in the Lowcountry. Join the festivities and experience a display of traditional Gullah music, food, and crafts. Guests are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair to enjoy live outdoor performances.
