Seasoned Spoleto director Chen Shi-Zheng produces Tchaikovsky’s grand opera Eugene Onegin, based on Alexander Pushkin’s classic novel in verse. Lose yourself in this timeless tragedy of first love set in the midst of a dazzling Russian winter. The production stars soprano Natalia Pavlova as quiet, shy Tatyana and baritone Franco Pomponi as the selfish socialite Eugene.
