Big Bad Breakfast & Bevcon Pop-up

Join James Beard Award-winning chef John Currence as he whips up a five-course breakfast-inspired meal at the Marina Variety Store. Following dinner, head downstairs to Salty Mike‘s for a BevCon pop-up bar—a pre-party to the annual beverage conference held in August. Tickets to the pop-up, featuring drinks prepared by Edmund‘s Oast‘s Jayce McConnell and guest mixologists, are available for $10 each if you miss out on dinner. All proceeds benefit Currence‘s nonprofit Move On Up Foundation and Lowcountry Street Grocery. Marina Variety Store, 17 Lockwood Dr. Friday, 10pm; 10:30pm; 11pm. $50. www.bevconchs.com
