Acclaimed author and Southern chef, Nathalie Dupree, is looking to share her pearls of cooking wisdom with advanced home chefs. Get one-on-one culinary tips and techniques on all sorts of Lowcountry specials—Duckling a la Orange, Brioche, Rapid Puffed Pastry and much more.
