Van Lear Rose Cocktail
Ingredients
(Serves 1)
2 oz. Lillet Rose
1 1/2 oz. Plymouth Gin
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. agave nectar
1 drop rose water
2 drops Newtonian lime bitters
16 oz. ice
1 lime wheel, for garnish
Directions
Pour first six ingredients into a shaker. Add ice, shake, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a thin lime wheel.
