Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Gorgonzola dolce (younger, milder version of aged Gorgonzola)
  • 3 oz. mascarpone cheese
  • 25 pitted dates

Directions

Mix Gorgonzola and mascarpone cheeses until smooth and well-incorporated. Place cheese mixture in piping bag and pipe into pitted dates, filling each cavity.
