Ingredients
- 3 oz. Gorgonzola dolce (younger, milder version of aged Gorgonzola)
- 3 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 25 pitted dates
Directions
Mix Gorgonzola and mascarpone cheeses until smooth and well-incorporated. Place cheese mixture in piping bag and pipe into pitted dates, filling each cavity.
