- Lime wedge
- Arugula-lime salt, for glass rim
- 1 large ice cube, with an arugula- stuffed habeñero pepper inside (optional)
- 1 oz. habeñero-infused Blue Head Silver Tequila
- 1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz. arugula simple syrup
- 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 5 oz. Belgian white beer or witbier, Witterkerke preferred
- 5 dashes lime bitters (see recipe below or Angostura brand)
Run lime wedge around rim of a stemmed beer glass and dip rim into arugula-lime salt.
Add ice cube and liquors, arugula simple syrup, and lime juice into the glass.
Add beer and lime bitters.
Stir well and serve.
