Saint André with Maple-Candied Marcona Almonds

  • 1 Tbs. unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup Marcona almonds
  • 2 Tbs. high-quality maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt/


Preheat oven to 350°F. Place parchment paper on a sheet pan and butter the paper. Toss almonds with maple syrup and spread on paper. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes. Nuts should be bubbling and golden. Let cool 30 minutes, then break into clusters.
