Pherigo

In a highball glass filled with cracked ice, pour Gentleman Jack, rosemary infused maple syrup, lemon bitters, and house made pressed apple juice. Next, use a small speed shaker, cover the glass and give on quick shake.  Uncover glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
