Pear-fect Martini

INGREDIENTS: 
  • 1 1/4 oz Grey Goose La Poire
  • 3/4 oz St. Germaine
  • 1/2 Fresh Pear (muddled)
  • 1/2 oz Simple Sugar
DIRECTIONS: 

Muddle the pear and simple sugar. Add Grey Goose La Poire and St. Germaine. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a pear twist.
