  • 1 cup kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup Spanish olives, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbs. minced red onion
  • 1 Tbs. capers
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste
