Thoroughbred Club in the Charleston Place Hotel
- Pint-sized shaker glass with lid
- Two lemon wedges
- 4-5 Mint leaves
- Splash of sugar water or simple syrup
- 2 oz Fresh peach puree
- 2 oz Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey
- Splash of club soda
- Sliced peach and mint to garnish
In the shaker glass, put in lemon wedges, mint leaves, simple syrup, and peach puree. Muddle well. Add ice and Gentleman Jack. Cover and shake till blended. Uncover and then add splash of club soda. In separate glass, add fresh ice to the rim, pour mixture from shaker, and garnish with sliced peach and fresh mint sprig.
