  • 1 and a quarter ounces of Grey Goose la Poire
  • 1 ounce of white grapefruit juice
  • half ounce of coconut water
  • half ounce of Aperol
  • quarter ounce of agave nectar
  • three bruised rosemary sprigs


Combine all ingredients into a iced shaker, shake vigorously

Strain using a single strainer into a coupe or small martini glass

Garnish with a few  rosemary sprigs on side of coupe or martini glass
