Grilled Shrimp

INGREDIENTS: 

Olive oil
1 lemon zest
1 tsp. chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled and skewered
 

DIRECTIONS: 

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, chili flakes, and salt and pepper. Add shrimp and stir to coat. Marinate shrimp for an hour. Grill until shrimp is opaque.
