The Antipasto Cocktail: A salad in a sip? This savory, crave-worthy cosmo—made with roasted red pepper-infused Grey Goose vodka—is so delectable, you’ll want to eat it. “We aimed for a complex, salad-inspired cocktail that would take one’s senses outside the norm—just as great fashion does,” says Cocktail Club head spiritist Jasmine Beck.

INGREDIENTS: 
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz. white balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 oz. olive juice
  • 2 oz. roasted red pepper-infused Grey Goose vodka (recipe at charlestonmag.com)
  • 3/4 oz. Lillet Rouge
  • 6 dashes celery bitters, house-made or Bitter Truth brand
  • Smoked sea salt & ground flower peppers
  • 3 green olives, one of each stuffed with prosciutto, blue cheese, & tomatoes
     
DIRECTIONS: 

Muddle first four ingredients in a shaker.

Add ice and next four ingredients.

Shake hard and strain into a martini glass with a smoked-salt and flower-pepper rim.

Garnish with stuffed olives.
