Ingredients

1 gallon water
1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
3 lemons, sliced
1 cup mint (stems and leaves)
2 cups watermelon or honeydew, cubed
1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

Directions

Place all ingredients in a pitcher and chill overnight. Strain out fruit and herbs after one to two days.
