Cast-Iron Seared Local Green Beans with Soy & Sesame
1 lb. green beans, washed and tips removed
1 Tbs. soy sauce
1/2 Tbs. sesame oil
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place the green beans in a cast-iron skillet, toss them in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until just crispy.
