Blueberry-Port Reduction
Serves
8 Ingredients
- 4 cups port
- 1 large shallot, minced
- 4 oz. blueberry sauce
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
In a sauce pot, simmer port and shallot over medium heat until liquid is reduced by half. Add blueberry sauce and keep over medium heat until reduced by one-third. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve for serving with steak.
