Charleston Wine + Food Festival Launch Party

The Charleston Wine + Food Festival officially announced their plans for the 2013 Festival and kicked off their ticket sales with a fabulous summer fete at the Charleston Harbor Resort, which featured some of Charleston's most talented chefs.
