With Labor Day weekend ahead, it’s time to start planning your farewell-to-summer holiday menu. Thankfully, there’s still time to enjoy the bounty of the season and we have a great suggestion, courtesy of Maria Baldwin. The Thornhill Farms agronomist, brains behind online market and community supported agriculture (CSA) share Kitchen Table Cuisine, and owner/chef of Our Local Foods café and market shared her mixed field pea, grilled shrimp, and pepper coulis micro salad for our August Chef’s Table feature.
