Considered to be one of the world's greatest sushi chefs, 85-year-old Jiro Ono is the proprietor of Sukiyabashi Jiro, a sushi-only restaurant in a Tokyo subway station. Even with its limited space and humble appearance, it is the first restaurant of its type to be awarded a three stars by Michelin Guide, the oldest and best-known restaurant and hotel guide in Europe. Beers from Holy City Brewery will be available before the event with a reception at upstairs Fish, featuring appetizers from Chef Nico Romo and cocktails, to follow the film.
