Interested in Civil Rights, history, or law? If so, you’re in luck: Sandra Day O’Connor, retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice and first woman to be appointed to the position, delivers the keynote speech at a Charleston School of Law Symposium. Her speech centers on the “Endorsement Test,” a component of the Establishment clause that prevents the government from allowing one’s religious practice to affect their political rights and standing.
