It's gone to the dogs, but in this case, it's a good thing. Enjoy food from Jack's Cosmic Dogs, vendors, arts and crafts, a silent auction and raffle, and live entertainment. All while spending time with man's best friend and learning how service dogs provide care to their owners. Proceeds will fund the training of canines rescued from local shelters that will be taught by military prisoners at the Charleston Brig and then given a new owner.  All dogs will be placed with a physically disabled veteran or a veteran suffering from PTSD.
