"Manifesting Memory: Plantation Legacies of the South"

In conjuction with Piccolo Spoleto, this show explores the concept of the plantation and the resulting mental and physical legacy that remain today as eight contemporary artists contribute works to the exhibit including, DH Cooper, Mary Johnson, Kim McHenry-Williams, Lynne Riding and Jonell Pulliam, as well as three other artists Colin Quashie, Michaela Pilar Brown and Juan Logan. An opening reception will take place on May 17 from 5:30 pm  - 7 pm and light refreshments will be served.
