Big Daddy Pollitt is a Southern man who made his fortune from cotton and is the biggest planter of it on the Mississippi Delta. On his birthday, his children keep a terrible secret from him; Big Daddy is dying of cancer and everyone but him and his wife know. The plot thickens to reveal deep-rooted issues with each and every member of the family beyond the dying patriarch. Deceit, lies, alcohol, sex, money, and power all come into play as the characters develop.  Don't miss Footlight Players' rendition of the Tennessee Williams classic that showcases raw emotion as a Southern family unravels in a time of crisis.
