The Shops at Charleston Place are hanging their wreaths at the Palmetto Café even before the Thanksgiving buffet. Handcrafted by the city’s most talented designers and artists, these elaborate wreaths are on display until the auction to benefit MUSC Children’s Hospital, where guests will enjoy champagne, hors d’oeuvres, and live holiday music.
