The mission of East Cooper Meals on Wheels is to deliver daily nutrition to residents within their service area who are homebound or unable to provide their own meals.  East Cooper Meals on Wheels also advocates on behalf of their recipients when the needs of the recipients exceed the scope of their program by providing emergency assistance and/or partnering with other non-profit agencies to meet the recipients' needs.
