“My only regret in life is that I didn’t drink enough Champagne,” said British economist John Maynard Keynes. Well, the 45 attendees of Saturday afternoon’s The New York Times Connoisseur Tasting of Rosé Champagnes: The Prestige Cuvees surely have no regrets. This sampling of eight 100-point wines at Charleston Place was a delicious education.
