About the Model Search
Charleston Fashion Week® Model Search Overview
Models submit an online application to secure an audition at a Charleston Fashion Week® (CFW) model casting call. Casting Calls will take place the weekend of September 14 – 16, 2012 in Charleston, South Carolina, where a panel of judges will select models for the CFW model book based on an industry standard of criteria – appearance including photogenic appeal and facial structure, poise, professionalism, commercial appeal, and runway walk.
Runway Participants and Designers then review the book and select their models to walk the runway at Charleston Fashion Week® Tuesday, March 19 through Saturday, March 23, 2013.
Models selected to be in the model book ARE NOT guaranteed participation in a runway show or the Rock the Runway Model Competition™. Only models selected for a runway show will be eligible for the Competition.
